According to Mr. Khusnullin, within the same period, Mosinzhproyekt tower is planned to be completed. The building is currently at the design stage and all the construction activities are expected to begin this summer. The height of the building amounts to 407 meters, making it the tallest skyscraper in Europe.
The idea to build a business center on Presnenskaya embankment of Moscow was first announced in the early 90s. The first skyscraper within the complex appeared in 2001. Today, skyscrapers of the Moscow City occupy 60 hectares.
