According to a tender results, the Krasnodar company Shambala has received two sites for development with a total area of 13.78 hectares. The volume of investment in the project is estimated at 8 billion rubles ($128 million). The complex includes a hotel for 270 rooms and a casino with 50 gaming tables and 500 gaming machines.
It should be noted that the company was the only bidder in the tender for the acquisition of two sites, which was conducted by the Primorsky Territory Development Corporation. As the company has noted, work on the design of the new complex will start this fall, as well as laying-out.
Soon it is planned to announce a tender for a building contractor.
