This is reported on Tuesday by RBC news agency with reference to a message posted on Naftogaz’s official Twitter account. Last week Naftogaz filed motions to arrest Gazprom's shares in its subsidiaries and the debts of these companies.
The court in the Netherlands granted these motions, with most of Gazprom's subsidiaries in the Netherlands reportedly “refused to cooperate with the bailiffs”. However, according to representatives of Naftogaz, such a position will not affect the arrest.
The Netherlands is home to the headquarters of Gazprom International, a company involved in international projects, as well as the Gazprom Energy office.
