Price per square meter in Moscow City skyscrapers drops by 13%

This is reported on Wednesday by RIA Novosti with reference to Welhome. At the same time, the supply volume has increased while its average area decreased by 16%.

“At the end of May 2018, the volume of supply in the primary residential property market in the Moscow City amounted to 1115 lots or 127,100 square meters, showing an increase of 39% and 17% for the year, respectively”, the press release says.

Over the past 12 months, the average budget of transactions with the Moscow City apartments has declined, falling by 15% to 38 million rubles.
