1500 property items are sold at a price of less than €75,000. Both new buildings and secondary housing are put for sale, with a significant part of the assets requiring an overhaul.
The property is located in Castile-La Mancha and Asturias. Basically, offers are concentrated in the province of Toledo (2,440 items). Another 460 property items are located in Ciudad Real, 270 — in Oviedo, 130 — in Albacete, 20 — in Guadalajara.
