According to the Moscow Region’s Ministry of Investment and Innovation, the project with the cost estimated at almost 2 billion rubles ($32 million), will be realized at the expense of private investors. All three new overpasses will be toll ones.
As noted, after commissioning, overpasses will be transferred to the ownership of the regional authorities. So, these infrastructure facilities will be erected in Stupinsky, Shatursky and Sergiev Posad districts. The report highlights the importance of the overpass in the Sergiev Posad district, which will provide direct communication with the city of Dmitrov and will create routes between Yaroslavl highway.
