The height of the building will amount to 400 meters. The Moscow authorities have issued a construction permit for the facility, RIA Novosti news agency reported on Tuesday. According to the document, which will be valid for seven years, a high-rise building for 1,400 apartments will have 104 floors. The skyscraper will be located at 1st Krasnogvardeysky proezd in Moscow.
In addition to residential spaces, the building will house offices, a sports complex, swimming pool, children's center and an underground car parking.
“The skyscraper will also have a children's and sports grounds on an open terrace at the level of the second floor and a public viewing platform on the roof of the building, offering a view of Moscow”, Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee said.
