Interesting developments at the Second Forum of Utilities in the Volga Federal District of Kazan

Today, in the State broadcasting company "Korston-Kazan" in Kazan, the Second Forum of Utilities opened.
It has been organized by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation. No wonder then that the head of department, Mikhail Menn, and the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, are the main participants of the discussion. Among the others present are the chief state housing inspector of Russia, Andrey Chibis, the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on housing policy and housing and communal services, Alexander Sidyakin, Oksana Demchenko, the director of the department of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Construction and Housing Utilities, Irek Fayzulin, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan, the head of the working group on the development of housing and communal services of the Expert Council for the Government of the Russian Federation, Alexey Makrushin, and the executive director of the non-profit partnership for utilities, "Razvitiye”.
They will discuss questions of management of housing, carrying out of overhauls, moving from a hazardous dwelling, and public-private partnerships. Regional officials, heads of Housing Supervision, representatives from business, and specialists from the housing and communal services department of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Russian Federation will also take part in discussions.
