Singapore goes to Russia for $50 million

As Construction.ru was informed by the regional press service, a meeting took place on April 29thbetween the minister of investment and land and property policy of the borderland, Yury Chaika, the director of the department of attraction of direct investments ministry for development in the east of the Russian Federation, Ivan Tonkikh, and the management of the Baoli Bitumina Singapore Company. Before the meeting, representatives of the company’s investors examined a building site of the enterprise near the village of Rakitnoye. A meeting with the management of the Khabarovsk oil refinery also took place, from which the raw materials can be delivered. The head of the Singapore Company, Zhou Dehong, said that his company plans not only to construct the plant, but to create an industrial park where the Chinese companies will work.
The plant will produce structures and products for paving, the construction of the railroads, and the waterproofing of bridges and buildings. Production of moisture insulation and roofing materials will also be possible. The production will be delivered to the Russian regions and countries in Southeast Asia. The Baoli Bitumina Company is part of the multinational group Bitumina and is one of the world leaders in the hi-tech production of modern bitumen materials. It conducts its activities in more than 80 countries.
