In the Alanya district of the province of Antalya in Turkey, Russian citizens have already bought 5,712 houses and apartments.The head of the district, Hassan Tanryseven, discussed this in an interview with the Anadolu agency. It is more than was bought by Norwegians – 5,616 - or Germans – 4,337 – and is about a quarter of the real estate sold last year to foreigners. A drop in the purchase of real estate by citizens of the Russian Federation, in connection with the economic problems in Russia, hasn’t yet been observed.
