The Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, expressed his hope for the continuation of the mortgage loan program subsidies from the federal budget, which reaped good results in 2015.
This program is still operational until April 1st, 2016. It started on March 1st, 2015. Speaking on the collection of finance for capital repair, the Deputy Minister of Construction, Andrei Chibis, pointed out that on average this index in January 2016 has been 77%, though in some regions it has reached 85%.
