Nursultan Nazarbayev came up with that proposal at the Russian-Kazakh business forum in Astana, following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the local media reports.
On his part, the Head of the Russian Federation said that Russia intends to make efforts for the purpose to bring mutual trade with Kazakhstan back to an upward curve.
We should remind you that Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana, the capital city of Kazakhstan, on the 4th of October to take part in a regular forum of interregional cooperation between two countries.
