The Development Corporation of the Perm region has announced a tender for construction of eight houses of the second phase in “Lyubimov” residential compound.
As Construction.RU was told on Monday by the Department’s press office, six 17-storey buildings are planned to be erected in the quarter No. 10 and two 19-storey buildings in the quarter No. 6 in the town of Berezniki. A total area of the development amounts to over 86,000 square meters.
Initial (maximal) cost of the construction works is estimated at 2,8 billion rubles (approximately $49,5 million).
Construction of the second phase is scheduled to be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2017. The project also envisages the building of two nursery schools and a high school for 1,224 students.
