The city authorities put up for sale non-residential premises in a historic revenue house of Vladimir Semenkevich in Moscow, which is an object of cultural heritage.




According to the department of city property, in 1905, this building housed the office of Vpered newspaper, which belonged to the Bolshevik party. That newspaper published materials by Vladimir Lenin, Anatoly Lunacharsky and other prominent public and political figures of the time.

The auction will be organized in the format of an auction. The revenue house is located in the Central Administrative District of Moscow at the address: Bolshaya Nikitskaya, 22/2. The area of ​​premises offered for sale amounts to more than one hundred square meters. The starting price is set at 12.9 million rubles.

Applications can be submitted until September 11 of this year. Bidding will be held on September 17.
