As stated on the state procurement website, the project design for capital repair includes architectural replanning and an overhaul of the old building. The contractor is to replace all windows and doors, and to finish walls, ceilings and floors. The winner of the tender will also restore the facades, repair all of the engineering systems and replace the electric power equipment and water supply systems.
Claims for participation in the tender are being received until September 30th. The work is to be carried out within one year.
