A 19th century house in the center of Moscow is to let

As stated in the documents, the leasehold on the national cultural heritage object will cost 6.8m rubles. A one-storey estate, with an area of 662.8 m2, is located in Volkhovsky Pereulok, 21/5. It was built in 1830.

An investor can rent the house according to the ‘One ruble for one m2’ preferential program if they restore the house and render it suitable for modern use. The rent term is 49 years according to the program.

All work, including engineering and technical surveys, restoration project development, and project implementation, is to be carried out over 3.5 years.

The investor is to restore stucco ceiling blocks, a wooden staircase, the foundation, the walls and the roof of the building.

Claims for participation in the tender are being received until December 4th. The auction will take place on December 10th, 2015.
