The assets are located on the territory of the former Barnaul silver smelting plant, which is a monument of architecture and urban construction of federal significance.
The lot includes the manufacturing building with premises and a transformer substation with an area of over 7,000 sq.m, as well as warehouses, vegetable store and other. It also includes a 75,300 sq.m land plot. All property is burdened with heavy mortgage obligations in favour of Rosselkhozbank.
The bidding applications are submitted until the 5th of August, the bidding is scheduled for the 8th of August 2016.
