The object is located in the Pechatniki municipality located in the South Eastern Administrative District of the capital city of Russia.

Until December 2016, the auction winner will have to carry out finishing work, install fire alarm system and electrical technologies, equip movie halls and provide heating supply.
Bidding applications for the auction can be submitted until the 29th of July, 2016. Summarizing of the auction results will be held on the 5th of August, 2016.
