According to the auction documentation published on the website of public purchases, the initial contract price is 55,8 m roubles.
The time period of the construction works is established from the date of the contract conclusion until the 25th of December, 2016. Building contractor will also have to construct runoff water sewer, public water supply, carry out earth works.
New Lugovaya Street will be built in two stages. At the first stage, a 600 m section will be built from Pskovskaya Street to Bianka Street, at the second stage – 1006 m section from Bianka Street to Yuryevskoye highway.
