The object is scheduled to be erected by autumn 2017, Moscow Department for Competitive Policy told Construction.RU on Thursday.
The contract cost is established at 240 million roubles. The auction winner will have to build a surgeon’s facility for 460 beds on the address of Leninsky Prospekt, 10.
New complex will include a reception, a department of surgery, a trauma care, urology department, an intensive care unit, as well as a transformer substation.
Applications for the auction participation can be submitted until the 7th of October. The bidding is scheduled to be held on the 11th of October 2016.
