As the press office of Moscow Department for Competitive Policy told Construction.RU today, the starting price of the contract ranges from 25 to 56,6 million roubles.
So, a wooden building situated at the 2nd Krutitskiy Bystreet, 14, with an area of 533,8 square meters, is situated on a 1,100 square-meter plot of land. Investor have an option to purchase the building together with the land and, for example, to build there an office premises.
Bidding applications can be submitted until the 22nd of November, 2016.
