The assets put on auction are pledged to Promsvyazbank. The most expensive one is a separate two-storey building located in one of the dormitory districts of Kemerovo and has an area of 1,200 square meters with a land plot of 800 square meters. Initial price of the lot is 73,2 million roubles.
Bidding applications can be submitted until the 16th of December. The auction is scheduled for the 21st of December, 2016.
