As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy, the building constructed as far back as 1900 is situated in the second line on Pyatnitskaya Street, 20, building 3. It has three storeys and an area of nearly 800 square meters.
After the overhaul, the building’s off-site utilities are disconnected. The facility is under the economic jurisdiction of Moskovskoye Imushchestvo state unitary enterprise. Initial price of the lot is 147 million rubles. Bidding applications could be submitted until the 31st of January. The auction is scheduled to be held on the 3rd of February, 2017.
