The uncompleted hotel compound includes the building of the hotel with the area of 6,058 sq. m (79% ready) and the building of a spa-complex with the area of 2,633 sq.m (52% ready). Together with the objects of the uncompleted construction a buyer will obtain the right of renting the two land plots totaling 31,200 sq.m where the compound is located.
To remind you, Hyatt - is the first premium class hotel in Vladivostok. The construction of two 5-star hotel started within the preparation for the APEC summit in 2012, but was not completed on time. The cost of the objects constantly increased because of the mistakes in project designing.
