According to the tender documentation, initial (maximal) price of the contract totals 4,5 billion rubles ($80 million). The amount of applications’ collateral is 227,7 million rubles.
The auction step ranges from 0.5% to 5% of the starting price of the contract. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until April 17. The auction is scheduled for April 21.
According to the project, the construction of the road should be completed before 31 December 2018.
