Volvo expands dealer network in 11 regions of Russia and Kazakhstan

In 2018, its dealerships could be opened in the Russian cities of Ufa, Samara, Tolyatti, Kazan, Mineralnye Vody and Volgograd. The first centers might appear in 2017 in Kazakhstan’s cities with population over 800,000 people. Until the end of the year, authorized service centers could be opened in Russia, in such cities as Vladimir, Kaliningrad, Ryazan, Smolensk, Ulyanovsk, Surgut and Nefteyugansk.

Applications for participation in a tender are accepted until the 30th of June, 2017.

The necessity to develop Volvo Cars’ dealer network is accounted for the plans to increase sales in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Next year, Volvo plans to start selling a new generation XC60 crossover and a new XC40 one.
