The land is situated in a quarter of Issledovateley Street and Krasnolesya Street of the Akademichesky district of the city. The land is permitted to be used for capital construction and for the building’s further exploitation.
Initial price totals 54.6 million rubles without VAT with an auction step of 600,000 rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until June 2, the auction is scheduled for June 7.
The Academic district is located in the south-west of Yekaterinburg, where a large-scale project for the development of the territory with an area of 1,300 hectares will be implemented by 2025.
