As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy, the winner will get the right for concluding a contract on the sale and purchase of 99,9% in a share capital of LLC Pyatnitskoye Shosse 3.
A land plot with an area of 0,78 hectares has been allotted to the facility’s construction. A hotel complex or apart-hotel with a total area of 35,000 square meters are supposed to be erected there. A new owner of the asset will rent the space for 6 years. Initial price of the asset is established at 85,25 million rubles. Bidding applications are received until the 12th of July.
