The construction costs are estimated at 1,267 billion rubles ($19 million), RIA Novosti news agency reported on Thursday with reference to the documentation published on the website of state procurement.
The winner of the tender will be announced by the end of July. All works must be completed by December 20, 2020.
As previously reported, about 1.3 billion rubles will be allocated from the federal budget to complete the circus reconstruction. In 2013, the building was dismantled but the new one has not been built yet. As of 2015, the facility was completed by about 70%.
