The land plot with an area of 0,7 hectares is intended for the construction of a food company, the Moscow Department for Competition Policy said. The area of the enterprise should be no more than 11,800 square meters.
The initial cost of renting a land plot is 16 million rubles a year. The facility is being sold with the approved town planning plan, which takes into account the technical and economic indicators of the future project.
Those willing to participate in the auction can submit applications by July 6, 2018.
