As it is reported on state procurement web-site, the section of express freeway with the total length of 89.01 km will be built over three years (2015-2018) and will be located on the territory of the Moscow and Tver regions.
The envelopes with bids will be opened on August 26. The bidding consideration and summing up of preliminary choice is appointed to be no later than September 18. The tender is organized in two stages.
