As has been announced on the state procurement website, a contractor is to restore the central colonnade of the building, apply plaster to the walls, restore the stucco moulding and cover the roof of the theater with metallic sheets. Also, the interior decoration of the audience’s space is to be restored, and development of the adjoining territory is planned as well.
Claims for participation in the tender have been received since July 19th. The works are to be finished by December 15th, 2015.
