RIA Realty reports with reference to the Colliers International company representing the seller, that the Sponda Finnish investment foundation sold a class A logistics hub to the “Intertorg Trade House” retailer for 4m.




The Saint-Petersburg “Intertorg Trade House” bought an A class logistics hub with the total area of 8,000 sq.m in Koltushckoye highway in Saint-Petersburg for 4m.

It will be repurposed for a food hypermarket. The logistics hub had belonged to Sponda since 2006 and was sold after the long-term lease had been over. The Finnish investor continues the steady strategy of leaving the Russian market.

The “Intertorg Trade House” LLC develops supermarkets and hypermarkets’ chains for foodstuff, and is present in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Veliky Novgorod, Pskov, the Vologda, Leningrad, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions and the Republic of Karelia. The first supermarket was opened in 2004, now the chain includes 450 stores in the North-Western district.
