The second stage of the ‘Oko’ (‘Eye’) multifunctional center has been put in operation in Moscow City.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee, ‘Oko’ includes a complex of two 49- and 85-storey high skyscrapers and a 6-storey infrastructure complex (a ‘crystal’ building).
Within the first stage, a 49-storey tower was put in operation at the end of last year. The 85-storey tower has 588 apartments and a two-level underground car park for 172 cars.
The apartments are now being finished and decorated. In 2016, the largest 16-storey overground/underground car park in Europe, with space for 3,911 cars, will be put in operation on the territory of the ‘Oko’ business-center.
