The Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities, Mikhail Menn, spoke about this in Ulianovsk. According to him, a list of strategic objects in which Turkish specialist participation is necessary is to be determined. Answering journalists’ question about escrow accounts under Federal Law 214, the minister remarked that before the document is presented to the Duma it will be amended.
It is an absolutely new mechanism for our country and the Central Bank has a number of questions on insurance. It will be the subject of cooperative work after being introduced to the Duma. Also, Mikhail Menn said that the ‘Housing for Russian Families’ program will be continued until the end of 2017. The Chairman of the Government signed a corresponding order.
