The deputy of the RF State Duma, Oleg Pakholkov, has sent an order to enhance the search for top managers of the German Glatt Ingenieurtechnik GmbH company to the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Prosecutor-General’s Office and the Russian Department of Interpol.

According to the information available, top managers from the company, Director General Reinhard Bober and board member Lutz Heinzl are accused of swindling and attempting to steal 3.5 bln rubles of budget money.
Currently, as the investigation supposes, they have absconded to Germany. They are on the international wanted list.
In 2005 the German company won a tender for the construction of a blood plant in Kirov. It was to design, construct and arrange the object, deliver equipment, tools, expendable materials and technical documentation before the end of 2009. But the plant has not been completed yet, and, as the investigation made clear, the Glatt company had no experience of constructing and designing such objects and dealt only with the delivery of technological equipment.
According to Oleg Pakholkov, their activities had a knowingly dishonest character and resulted in the stopping of a strategically important enterprise for Russia.
