The French company Saint-Gobain has increased its share to 74.9% in “Izorok” Ltd. (Tambov).

The company’s press office has told Construction.ru about this. The increase of the share in “Izorok” will allow Saint-Gobain to expand their production scale and to strengthen their position on the market of insulation materials in Russia and CIS.

To remind you, the first 25.1% of “Izorok” Ltd. was bought by the French company in 2012. “Izorok” (Tambov) produces more than 100,000 tons of heat insulating materials on the basis of slag wool a year. It employs more than 450 people.

Saint-Gobain is an international industrial group of companies with headquarters in Paris. In Russia, the company produces heat insulation at plants in Egorievsk and Cheliabinsk, dry construction mixes in Arzamas and Polevskoy (in the Sverdlovsk region), and glassware in Kamyshin and Minvody.
