The Chinese branch of the “Center for Development and Management of Investments in Europe” will begin the reconstruction of the “Druzhba” trade center on Novoslobodskaya Street in Moscow this year.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of Moskomstroyinvest, work at the construction site should be completed within a period of 12 years. At present, the investor is engaged in the preparation of initial permit documentation.
As a consequence of the reconstruction, the object’s area will expand from the current 16,690 m2 to 18,838 m2. This will offer the possibility of creating a lounge and entertainment area, a chemist’s, a fast food outlet and a sanitary medical complex in the building.
To remind you, the project for the urban development plan for the reconstruction of this object was approved at a session of the Moscow Urban Development and Land Committee in 2014.
