This year, judging by tax returns, 13 people in the Saratov region have an income of over 1 bln roubles.
This information, provided at a press conference in Saratov, comes from the deputy head of the Department for Taxation on Property and Private Income of the Federal Tax Agency, Sergey Saveliev. According to him, in 2014 there were 12 such people in the region.
An income of 500m to 1 bln roubles was declared by 8 people in (in 2014 – 7), 100 to 500m by 47 people (in 2014 – 46), 10 to 100m by 289 people (in 2014 – 280), and 1 to 10m by 8,000 people (in 2014 – 7,100). It is notable that Saratov’s millionaires are engaged mostly in entrepreneurial activities and conversion of securities.
On the whole, in comparison with the previous year, the number of individual persons who filed a declaration has risen by approximately 10%.
