A land plot has been selected in the Moscow region for the construction of a modern milk-producing facility by the Vietnamese concern TH True Milk.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the regional government, 12,700 hectares for the first stage of construction of a milk-producing farm will be transferred to the investor.
For this purpose, 11,000 hectares have been selected in the Volokolamsk and Lotoshino districts. Besides this, the investor is being offered land plots of 1.73 hectares in the Pavlov-Posad and Voskresensk districts.
The investor has already registered a legal entity with the tax authorities of Krasnogorsk.
To remind you, the TH-True Milk company from Vietnam will build a milk-producing facility in the Moscow region. Investment in the project will amount to $500m.
