A modern multi-functional production and warehouse complex, occupying 50,000 m2, is to be built until the end of 2018.
The facility will be located at Dmitrovskoye highway, 18 kilometers from the Moscow ring highway, near Troitse-Seltso village.
This is what the Construction.ru was told on the 21st of March by the press office of the deputy president of the Moscow region’s government, German Elyanyushkin.
It was specified that the complex will consist of two production and warehouse blocks (22,100 m2 and 22,800 m2), a business center (3,600 m2), an engineering infrastructure, as well as a parking for a heavy- and medium-duty trucks and for passenger cars.
Approximately 1,35-1,65 bln roubles will be invested in the work at the construction site. When put in operation, over 1,000 new jobs will be created in the complex, as well as processing and storing of fruits, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, fish, meat and milk products will be manufactured.
