The construction of highways from the capital of Russia to Tayga in Kuzbass and Samus village, as well as the Kamaevka – Asino – Pervomayskoye motorway, has been estimated at 12 bln roubles.

As the governor of the Tula region, Sergey Zhvachkin, said on the 25th of March at a session of the project’s working group, the issue of public funding for these crucial transport projects remained unsolved in 2015.

The head of the region has offered representatives from federal ministries the chance to elaborate new options for financing the road construction. There are plans to attract investments from the private sector, having introduced a simplified procedure.

To remind you, Mr Zhvachkin had previously reached an agreement with the head of Kuzbass, Aman Tuleev, to construct the Tomsk – Tayga toll road.
