This is what Construction.ru was told on Monday by the president of the State Building Control Committee of Moscow, Oleg Antosenko. According to him, a building of 3 to 8 storeys with a total area of 11,800 m2 will be erected there.
On the ground level, a bank with a check-cashing area and a strong-room is envisaged. There will be an underground parking lot for 60 cars.
At present, facade works are been conducted at the construction site, and the inner and outer utility systems are being laid. The facility is being built at the expense of the investor. The contractor is the “UNION” Financial and Industrial Association.
