The Construction Ministry of the Moscow region has issued a permit to build the third part of the “Valischevo” logistics industrial park in the Podolsk district.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the regional department, the first and second parts of the facility were permitted to be put into operation last year.
At present, the warehouse facility and a plant producing advanced construction materials have been built. The object’s construction, with an area of about 34,000 sq.m, is scheduled to be completed by 2017.
The investment in the construction of the industrial park is estimated at 10 bln roubles. About 8,000 jobs will be created there, with an average salary of 45,000 roubles.
Altogether, 15 industrial parks are planned to be put into operation in the Moscow region this year.
