Crimea faces grave troubles, caused by the frequent non-implementation of construction site schedules of the Crimean Republic and Sevastopol.
This statement was made on Wednesday by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Alexey Ulyukaev, following a reception for citizens and the government. The visitors raised the question of the registration of rights for land in Crimea.
With regard to this, said Alexey Ulyukaev, in the near future a meeting will be held in Sevastopol on all these issues, in order to find a solution to them.
The Minister considers the issue of rights registration in Crimea to be especially acute, since these issues were delegated to the regional level as recently as two years ago.
Nevertheless, the work is being carried out quite slowly, provoking reasonable complaints both from citizens and businesses.
