In the town of Khimki, near Moscow, an administrative and production complex of over 120,000 m2 will be built.
This is what Construction.RU was told by the press office of the construction complex of the Moscow region.
As soon as the work at the construction site is completed, administrative and production buildings (50,000 m2), administrative and office premises (25,000 m2), a hotel (4,000 m2) and a parking lot (36,400 m2) will be established in the tech park.
The whole complex will have from 2 to 10 floors. The developer is one of the Urban Group’s enterprises.
Khimki is situated northwest of Moscow. Its population stands at 207,425 people and rising, due to the massive construction of residential building. The demand is caused by the city’s proximity to the capital of Russia.
