An investor is planning to build a mixed-use complex on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment in Moscow, with an area of 93,700 m2.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the building company, a 1.7-hectare land plot was allotted for the construction site.
Office and trade premises, a residential area, and an underground parking lot for 884 cars will be located at Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, 10.
The work at the construction site will start in the first half of 2016. Besides this, the investor will restore an electric power plant located on the territory of the “Tryekhgornaya Manufaktura” factory, and will prepare it for contemporary use.
