A historic building, located on Pokrovsky Boulevard in the center of Moscow, has partially collapsed.
Part of the wall of an uninhabited house with an area of 10 m2 fell down for undisclosed reasons, reported the LifeNews TV channel.
The damaged house was overdue for restoration. Its walls were covered with green netting and the residents had been resettled.
At present, the area around the building is cordoned off. The police and emergency service officers are working at the scene.
The cause of the collapse is being determined. However, it’s already known that there were no casualties.
Pokrovsky Boulevard is a major boulevard in the central part of Moscow, part of the Boulevard Ring that runs as a circle through the center of the Russian capital.
