The “Krasnaya Pakhra” year-round sports and recreation park, including a ski slope, a holiday camp and a skating-rink, will be built in a 115-hectares area in the Krasnopakhorskoye village of Moscow.
Also, a fitness and recreation center, a hotel and a community center will be erected in the park at the “Krasnopakhorsky” plant section, located near Kaluzhskoye Highway, the press office of the Moscow CoA Parking Committee for Investment Projects told Construction.RU on Thursday.
A parking lot for 1,056 cars will be arranged for visitors. The Urban Planning and Land Commission of Moscow has already approved the project to create the “Krasnaya Pakhra” park in Krasnopakhorskoye village.
The projected territory is overwhelmingly comprised of undeveloped sites, to be exploited for recreation and leisure purposes.
