The authorities of Malino village, located north-west of Moscow, have announced a tender for the construction of a fitness and sports center with a swimming pool.
A new complex will be situated between Medvedkovskaya and Prudnaya Streets, the prefecture's press office told Construction.RU. However, there is a peculiarity. According to the plan, the projected sports center is to be built near a cemetery located in Rozhky village.
The bidding for this land plot is scheduled for the 2nd of June.
At present, the land plot, with an area of more than 0.5 hectares, isn't fenced off or built upon and provides public access. The projected fitness and sports center will occupy 3,000 m2 with an underground section of 1,000 m2.
According to the project, there will be a 3-storey building for 70 visitors. When the construction is completed, the neighbouring area will be developed and a parking lot for 14 cars will be built.
